A fantastic place for Botswana Safaris is the Mokolodi Nature Reserve. This is a popular not-for-profit private reserve located in the southern part of the country. The fact that it is not-for-profit draws a great deal of attention from visitors and conservationists alike. One of the most important things about this reserve is the fact that it actually hosts a number of children in Botswana who would have little chance to excel in life without its help. This beautiful, yet mysterious reserve is also the home to many animals such as the White Rhinoceros that are in threat of extinction.

Palapye is a city that can be seen during Botswana Safaris, and has many interesting sights. This city can be found between Francistown and Gaborone. Due to its location the city is a bustling center for trade and has been since its creation. A power station that has started being constructed in 2010 is going to be one of the largest suppliers of electricity and power for the entire area, and currently puts out 120 megawatts of electricity. This is soon going to change, however. A little over a decade ago this city was the fastest growing in the entire continent of Africa.

Another beautiful place to visit in Africa is Mochudi. This city is one of the largest in Botswana and is found northeast of Gaborone. This is also one of the trade areas along the Gaborone-Francistown road that supplies vital items for much of the country. The most popular place in the city that is impossible to miss upon entering the city is the Phuthadikabo Museum. This wonderful museum houses a great amount of history of the country itself, as well as photos and information about the Bakgatla and Tswana people. This is a great place for people seeking knowledge of other generation’s way of life.

There is a world famous saying about Australia, and that saying is, WOW!! This word is used thousands of times every day by tourists who see another stunning part of this beautiful country. Australia holidays make a good holiday, into the ultimate experience of a lifetime. This is what Australia is about, making dreams come true. Kids will cherish every moment they spend meeting with real sized Spongebob Squarepants and Dora the Explorer at the Nicklodeon, down at Gold Coast city. Let the little monsters run wild in the ultimate wet and wild theme park, with many rides to keep them entertained and thrilled all day, this is what we all love about Australia holidays, kids are kept busy.

Gold Coast beaches are pure sand, with warm waters, everything needed for a great day at the beach. Banana boat rides for the children, and jet skis for mum and dad, or try skiing and show off your talents. Let the kids learn how to surf with some of the beach schools. Parascend to dizzy heights and see the sites from a different angle as the speed boat hurtles along the coast, then dips you into the big blue sea. Visit the casino of a night time, or just relax in many of the international bars.

Go golfing, with two international 18 hole golf courses very close by. Try feeding the sharks by sitting on your hands at the bottom of the sea. This is an excellent attraction and it can be recorded as well, just keep sitting on those hands, the sharks do get hungry. Visit South Stradbroke Island for a bit of Eco warrior touring, discover the idealistic beaches, quites sparse of humans. Australia adventure are a fantastic reach into a world of discovery and wild dream making opportunities.

Both in Ecuador and in Latin America in general, Quito has the distinction of being the least modernized or altered. This means two things: the city is not like some of the sprawl one finds in South American urban centers, and the city is also remarkably well preserved. Quito should be a stop on while on a Latin American tour, and a visitor would do well to make it part of their holidays Ecuador.

The history is well worth it. Latin America is distinguished to have had many advanced civilizations through its ancient history, and Ecuador is no different. Archeological evidence dates back five thousand years or so, and instead of one dominant culture, there have been many. While many outside of the region have heard of the Incas, an older culture has given Quito its name. It comes from the Quitus.

Plenty of attractions around the city revolve around indigenous cultures, and they are well worth a visitor’s attention. At the top of the list would be the Museo de la Cuidad, or in English, the Museum of the City. It documents the history of the city starting at 10,000 years before the Common Era, and it tells a narrative spanning eons, eras, and epochs. Everything, from the Incan Empire to the Spanish conquest is covered, well preserving the history. The museum’s physical building is fascinating too, as its history stretches back several centuries, to 1465.

Sure, both Quito and Ecuador as a whole has more to offer, but the Museo de la Cuidad offers a wonderful place to start. An hour or a whole makes for an enriching educational experience, especially if one has just arrived in the country. It is the sort of place that could easily inspire other trips around the city, as well the country as a whole, making a visitor’s holidays Ecuador much more enriching.

Listen to the call to prayers as you stroll through the spiritual city of Fes, Morocco. As you walk through this traditional city, you’ll find spider web of narrow streets, traditional clothing and a number of historical sites. A city dating back to 798, Fes is a culture rich in intellectuals, religious teachers, palaces and museums. Let’s take a walk and see what we find.

As a Muslim city there is strict adherence to forbidding a non-Muslim from enter the majority of the mosques. But Bou Inania Medersa is one exception and all Morocco holidays should include a stop at this wonderful example of architecture, history and Islamic art. Built around 1355, this is considered to be the best restored example of Islamic architecture. As we walk through the structure it is noticeable that virtually every inch of wall space has spectacular decorations, carved cedar wood and delicate stuccowork. Still in use until 1956, a walk up the stairs rewards us with a stunning view of the surrounding area.

Our next stop is the Karaouine Mosque which is noted as the largest mosque in the area and infamous for its library collection. Considered Morocco’s holiest mosque, non-Muslins are not allowed to enter but it is possible to take a peak through the gates and take a look at the exterior. Built in 857, one of the two minarets is original and is Fes’ oldest Islamic monument. Pavilions dating back to the 16th century sit in the courtyard which also has 17th century fountains.

All Morocco holidays should include one hidden treasure. That treasure would be the Sahrij Medersa. Built in 1321, a walk through this school will reveal exquisite minarets in colors of green and white, a shiny marble courtyard and rich ornate cedar and stone carvings. The inner court still contains the original pool.

Hawaii is well-known for its otherworldly panoramic views spanning rainforest, city, mountains, and beaches. Diamond Head is one of the more well-known hikes providing such a view on the island of O’ahu, and as such it is often disappointing to more adventurous travelers hoping for less queuing and more nature. For those hoping for such a hiking experience, this travel writing is for you.

For more well-seasoned hikers it might be better to skip Waikiki’s Diamond Head or simply use it as an early morning warm-up before moving on to Kuli’ou’ou Ridge in nearby Hawaii Kai. Kuli’ou’ou’s trailhead is nestled in a subdivision a few miles north of H1 (Hawaii State Highway 1) with few signs to guide less savvy tourists in, but a few yards down the trail you’ll realize it was worth a couple wrong turns!

Kuli’ou’ou Ridge moves through several distinct flora zones starting with familiar palms at the bottom then quickly switchbacking up through the hardwoods and into soft beds of long pine needles before reaching higher elevations well-suited to shrubbery and flowers hard to find elsewhere including the exotic-looking Wiliwili tree.

After one catches their wind at the top the vista is one of the most stunning and eclectic in the islands. Each of the previously traveled zones is visible from the peak and the view of the city is far broader than what is provided from Diamond head which peaks several hundred feet lower. In addition to the beaches of Waikiki and downtown Honolulu, one can see as far east as the world-class beaches of Kailua, around the bend of the island to Kaneoho and the taro farms lying on the eastern slops.

Hikers be warned this is a little further off the beaten path than many of the beachside hikes. Don’t be inspired beyond your abilities by a bit of travel writing, and be sure to pack in your own water and maybe even a picnic lunch for the top.

Known for their richness in culture, great cuisines and beautiful beaches, holidays to Thailand Tours might be a great option for one to consider for their next getaway. Located in the heart of South East Asia, the climate is generally cool from November to February, hot between March and May and rainy from June through October. The locals are fluent in Thai, their national language, Lao, Chinese, Malay and English. Now let us look at three of the many great places one could visit in Thailand.

If you desire a time of relaxation on sandy beaches when planning your holidays to Thailand, consider visiting the island of Phuket. Here the climate remains tropical year-round, and you can enjoy the white powder beaches and view the amazing limestone cliffs that jut as peninsulas out into the green-blue sea of the Indian Ocean. Not only does Phuket have beaches, but also forested mountains that can be enjoyed as well.

For quieter, more family-oriented holidays to Thailand, Patong beach has plenty to offer in that respect. The Aqua Zone Water Park is a park that is actually located in the sea, with giant inflatable toys set up for visitors to play on. Toys include such things as a trampoline and a climbing mountain. For a quieter atmosphere, one can try a Thai cooking class. There is not a better way to learn the exotic Thai cooking than from authentic teachers. Classes are offered on a daily basis.

Diving, sport fishing, and snorkeling can be found in Phang-Nga bay; the perfect adventure holiday in Thailand can be found on this bay on the Andaman Sea in south-western Thailand. Khao Lak -Lamro Park features hills, beaches, and cliffs teeming with wildlife and opportunities for adventure. Another beautiful site in the Park is the Ko Panyi fishing village, which is built entirely on stilts in the middle of a mangrove swamp.

Although this majestic beast represents the nation’s symbol and is to be honored and respected, they are often mistreated and abused. The conservation center rescues these animals and provides them a safe haven. Visitors are given the opportunity to bath, feed, and even spend a night with the wild animal.

Argentina’s 5th largest city is San Miguel de Tucuman, which lies in the Andean Northwest. Independence House, or Casa Histórica de la Independencia, is this city’s most popular tourist attraction as it’s here that Argentina declared independence in 1816. The house is now a museum containing exhibits that provide an insight into Argentina’s fight for independence. It dates back to the 17th century and is an example of Argentina’s colonial architectural style.

Argentina’s largest city and capital is Buenos Aires. This city has a European feel, and offers gourmet food and exclusive shopping, and an exciting nightlife. Off the beaten path, travelers should check out the markets of Buenos Aires, cafes, popular Sunday fairs, and the cultural communities. At night, dine in one of Buenos Aires’ fabulous gourmet restaurants and then dance the sultry tango.

Patagonia is also home to the huge and spectacular Perito Moreno Glacier, and all the best Argentina holiday packages are sure to feature a glacial excursion or two. When at the glacier, tourists have the choice either to view it from one of the many observation points, participate in a short trek or a 5-hour trek on the ice itself or simply lounge at the restaurant and take in the scenery. This glacier is one of the country’s premier attractions.

France is renowned for its fine wines and wine varieties. Wine tasting is the latest type of France Holiday vacation. With a massive production of over eight billion bottles of wine every year, France truly is the wine capital of the world. Wine producing regions in the country are Bordeaux, Burgundy, Champagne, Cotes du Rhone, Loire Valley, Languedoc, and Alsace. Wine tasting and related activities come in a wide range. There are wine themed dinners, chateaus tours among others. You can visit Provence, which is home to a large number of wine vineyards and distilleries. Wine tasting in Provence gives a unique experience in sampling the local culture of the people. It can also serve as an educational experience as the wine masters share their knowledge and expertise in the wine making business.

Wine tasting is a unique concept of the France vacation. Most of the vineyards date back to thousands of years ago and offer an enriching insight into the ancient culture. Each wine is unique to its region and offers an insight into the grapes, customs, and techniques used. Their fresh and clean white wines characterize the Alsace Wines. A visit to the Alsace wineries will offer an experience with the warm and hospitable local people and beautiful breathtaking countryside to sample. Bordeaux Wines are among the most vital as this area is classified as the most important wine producing areas in the world. It offers a staggering variety of both red and white wines covering all tastes and price. Its main attraction is the St. Emillion.

The Burgundy area is known for its expensive red and white wines. It is a haven for any wine collector and for many experienced wine dealers; the cost is a small price to pay, in order to sample some of the finest and the best wines France has to offer.
